ExtraOrdinary

ExtraOrdinary is a 2D game developed around the concept of Child-like Wonder as part of my Honours Project, where you interact with everyday objects in the hopes of some not so everyday findings! 

You play as TwoTone, a little cat on a quest of self-discovery, hoping to stumble upon something great from the comfort of his little room. Today might just be the day that he finds something truly magical.

Development

This project came about partially due to the rise of AI, perfectionism and anti-intellectualism as a result of social media, and more importantly, my interest in creating something that defied these things. If you are at all interested in reading about the creative process, and how I found the fun in creating (and avoided perfectionism and stagnancy) you can read my dissertation here:
